لحديد المجلفن

يمر الفولاذ المدلفن على البارد من الحديد المجلفن عبر وعاء زين منصهر يحتوي على 97% زنك (0.03% أو أقل من AL)، ويخضع لعملية الجلفنة، والتي تعطي كل جانب من الصفائح سمكًا متساويًا للطلاء. اعتمادًا على المعالجة السطحية للصفائح المطلية، يتم تصنيفها إلى لمعة عادية، ولمعة زيرو، وناعمة جدًا.

المقاومة للتآكل

Galvanized Steel

Cold-rolled galvanized steel is made by passing molten zinc containing 97% zinc (0.03% or less of aluminum) through a galvanizing process, which gives each side of the sheet an even coating thickness. Depending on the surface treatment of the coated sheets, they are classified as normal shine, zero shine, and extra-smooth.

Corrosion Resistance

All galvanized steel is treated with chromic acid to protect against rust and to maintain its original surface shine for a longer period.
